A graduate of Boston College and a four-year defensive starter on the football team, Ralph brings discipline, leadership, and focus to every aspect of his work.

Ralph began his career in real estate as a broker, founding Parent Realty Advisors, and later expanding into Pederson Consulting. In these roles, he developed a strong reputation for navigating complex permitting and approval processes, including zoning, building permits, and working with city agencies. His expertise in this area has made him a trusted leader in moving projects from concept to construction.

At PARENT+DIAMOND, Ralph leads all facets of the development process. He is responsible for sourcing acquisitions, structuring deals, securing entitlements, and overseeing design, construction, and marketing. His ability to anticipate challenges, streamline approvals, and drive execution ensures that projects are delivered efficiently and successfully.
