This multi-acre parcel will become 12 large and very high-end townhomes, each with water views of the Brookline Reservoir.  Planned and designed by Tise Design Associates, the project will be developed by a joint venture with Cambridge-based development company, Urban Spaces.

This is a “gateway” site for the Town of Brookline, and the local Planning Board thought that the design presented an appropriate first impression for the Town.  Nestled into the hillside, the design speaks to a concern for both the environment and sophisticated 21st century technology to achieve maximum sustainability.
